Delivery Guidance

At World of Mosaic by Patio Paving, we work with The Pallet Network (TPN) to deliver orders safely and efficiently across the UK.

Delivery Options

Customers must enter their postcode at checkout to calculate any applicable delivery surcharges and select a delivery option before placing an order.

Available options include:

  • Free Flexible Date Delivery (2–4 working days; longer for some postcodes)
  • Specified Date Delivery (additional £15 per order)
  • Next Day Delivery (additional charge per pallet, order before 11am)
  • Saturday Delivery (available on request, surcharge applies)

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or road closures.

Important Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are kerbside only using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck
  • Pallets can weigh up to 1000kg and must be delivered to a flat, solid surface
  • Grass, gravel, slopes, or uneven ground are not suitable
  • Vehicles require clear and unobstructed access (larger than bin lorries)
  • Failed deliveries will incur a £40 redelivery fee per pallet

Please inform us of any access restrictions before placing your order.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Inspect goods before signing the delivery note
  • Any issues must be marked as “Damaged” or “Unchecked” on delivery
  • If damage is not noted, replacement or refund claims may not be accepted
  • If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive and check the goods

We strongly advise not booking tradespeople until goods have been delivered and checked.

Breakages & Natural Products

Minor breakages and surface marks can occur during transit. We recommend ordering at least 10% extra to allow for cuts and breakages. Natural stone products may vary in colour and texture and these variations are not considered faults.

Delays & Liability

Delivery schedules are not guaranteed as we rely on third-party couriers. World of Mosaic / Patio Paving cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or any associated costs such as labour or equipment hire.
