Return and Refund

At World of Mosaic by Patio Paving, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
  • All returns must be in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-cut, special-order, clearance, or discontinued items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Tiles that have been installed or partially installed
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Special-order or custom-made products

We strongly recommend checking all tiles before installation.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Do not install the affected tiles

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Ensure the products remain unused and unopened

We will arrange collection and dispatch the correct items at no additional cost.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@worldofmosaic.co.uk or via WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorisation and instructions
  4. Securely package and return the items

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Return charges £75 per pallet + VAT, depending on your location
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return eligible items and place a new order.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
